The Hydro-Safe PUV RL 6W replacement UV bulb is designed for use with the Hydro-Safe ADWU-D-UV under-counter system and provides the third stage of filtration for the system, eliminated 99.9 percent of bacteria. Affordable and easy to install, the Hydro-Safe UV bulb provides a bacteria-killing ultraviolet light to eliminate potentially harmful microorganisms. To ensure optimal bacteria filtration, we recommend changing the Hydro-Safe bulbs at least once a year.
